Freight charges are based on the address we are shipping to and the total weight of your order. At the time of ordering, freight and delivery charges will be displayed and will be automatically included in your order. If there are any issues with your order, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email.
We will not dispatch items if you do not have a physical address and orders will only be dispatched within Australia. International Shipping is not available at this time.
If your item is in stock, it will typically arrive in 2-9 working days depending on your location.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a refund of the price of the unavailable item.
